
Coaching (No Office Visits)
This is a great option for those looking for an affordable program to address one or two specific problems within their practice.
We start by discussing your practice objectives and the nature of the problem(s) you are trying to solve.
Once we have all the necessary information, we will be able to determine the content and length of the program.
We provide you the necessary assistance and guidance by phone, through weekly or biweekly telephone conference calls. Both staff and doctor participate in these conferences.
Documents and support materials are sent by mail, email, or fax.
Typically, we work with offices to address the following issues, which lead to increased production and collections:

| A. | We will cover topics that are relevant to your practice and situation. We will also measure and review progress toward specific objectives. |

| A. | Yes, there will be a few private conference calls for just the doctor, without staff. On these calls, we will discuss sensitive issues such as staff problems, profitability figures, leadership and management issues and any other topics the doctor wishes to discuss in confidence. |
