
Practice Revitalization Program for Mature Practices
This program pertains to doctors who have been in business for more than 10 years.
Typically, the doctor wants to address one of the following situations:
- Practice revenue is stagnant and doctor wants to reignite the practice and achieve stronger growth.
- Doctor has lost enthusiasm for his practice and wants to rejuvenate his practice with fresh ideas and new technologies.
- Doctor enjoys practicing and the practice runs smoothly for the most part. He/she wants to resolve just 1 or 2 issues that have been limiting or tormenting the practice recently.
- Doctor has excellent clinical skills, but is stressed from working too hard. Low reimbursement due to insurance participation or staff management issues have worn down the doctor.
- Practice has been doing well for many years, but suddenly finds itself in decline, due to recent staff issues, managed care penetration, heightened competition, deterioration of the local economy, or other factors.
- Doctor is tired of mediocrity and aspires to take his practice up to the next level. He/she wants to be # 1 in his community, or in the top 5-10% nationally.
- Doctor is nearing retirement and wants to ramp up his practice revenues and prepare his practice for sale, with the expectation that the practice will be worth more.
