New Dentist Programs
We offer two programs to help you hit the ground running, saving you years of frustrating trial-and-error learning which cost you dearly in lost income. Accelerate your path to success by doing things right from the outset.
- New Practice Systems
This program pertains to doctors who have less than 5 years experience running a practice. It benefits doctors who started a practice from scratch as well as those who purchased a practice from another doctor.
We will help you set up or refine systems so that your practice runs smoothly. It will help you manage your practice better and position you for rapid growth.
Each practice will have its unique needs, but following are some of the key systems we can help you construct and implement. These are proven systems that have been developed and refined over the past decade and will work well for your practice.
- Scheduling
- New Patient Experience
- Hygiene Recall System
- Human Resources Manual
- Job Descriptions
- Performance Review Process
- Staff Recruiting
- Financial Policy
- Financial Presentation at Front Desk
- Accounts Receivables Control
- Expense and Overhead Control
- Case Presentation Skills for Doctor and Team
- Put in place a process and learn the verbal skills necessary to drive up case acceptance.
- Practice Purchase Decision
Purchasing a practice is a big financial decision. Typically, it is far more complicated than buying a house and entails a higher level of risk.
If you are considering purchase of a practice in PA, NJ, DE, or NY from another doctor or his/her broker, talk to us before you sign the purchase agreement.
We offer an unbiased, critical perspective on what the practice may be worth and whether you should proceed forward with the purchase. We are not brokers and do not have practices for sale.
Our only objective is to represent your interests and help you make a sound decision. We will help you make two important determinations: should I buy this practice at all and what is a fair price?
- Independent Evaluation
- Conduct due diligence (critically examine the practice information and financials provided by the seller)
- Identify key issues that need further evaluation and probing.
- Assess risk of decline in practice revenue.
- Evaluate potential for practice growth.
- Purchase Price Recommendation (how much should I really pay for this practice?)
- Transition Issues
