Peter and Hema bring a rare combination of corporate, academic, and hands-on dental office management experience to the dental consulting field.
Their experience covers both the business and clinical aspects of dentistry, with particular strength on the business side. Their background includes formal business education, a combined 15 years of work experience at brand name Fortune 500 firms, and more than a decade each in the dental field.
Their articles on the subject of practice management are featured in national publications such as Inside Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry Impact magazine, as well as on DentistryToday.com.
Having pilot tested many approaches and ideas, they bring proven concepts and programs to clients.

- Business Director since 1999 at a dental practice in New Jersey which is operated jointly with his wife Hema.
- 10 years corporate experience at a Fortune 500 firm Rohm & Haas company (now Dow Chemicals) in various leadership roles.
- 1993 graduate of the Wharton Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania; doctorate in engineering from Cornell University 1987.
Peter is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling and reading.

- Graduate of the Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry.
- 5 years corporate experience at Shearson Lehman Brothers on Wall Street, including 2 years in a Marketing role.

- MBA, Pace University, New York, 1990.
- BA, English & Communications, Queens College, CUNY, NY, 1985.
In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading, writing, and traveling.
Melissa: (Client Services – Facilitator)
Melissa has an Associate’s degree in Psychology from Mercer Community College and is continuing her education at Temple University.
Melissa has worked in the dental field for more than 10 years. She has worked in a general practice and also at an endodontist’s office, handling all aspects of the front desk position.
Her expertise is in the areas of patient communications, treatment coordination, scheduling, insurance and billing.
Melissa enjoys reading and yoga and spending time with her son, Sean.
Bridget: (Client Services – Marketing)
Bridget graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in advertising account management from Boston University. After graduating, she worked at an ad agency, Velocity Inc., in Boston. Her background blends marketing media choices with actual creative production.
She has experience developing direct mail pieces for non-profits as well as dental offices.
Her work has been found in national magazines like People and Martha Stewart Living.
Bridget has a passion for ultimate frisbee and she has lived and traveled extensively in Asia.
