We've made available a range of options, which make it possible for you to work with us at various investment levels to resolve your most pressing practice management problem.
Option 1: Free Practice Assessment
Fill out the Free Practice Assessment Form on this web site and receive our assessment of practice potential by phone. This is a complimentary service. There is no fee.
After the Free Assessment, you have the option to proceed directly to option 2, 3 or 4.
Option 2: Detailed In-Office Evaluation
Half-day, thorough in-office evaluation, followed by actionable, written recommendations.
During the office visit, we will look at office production data and trends, doctor's schedule and hygienist's schedule, as well as hygiene production. We will also evaluate your staff, effectiveness of case presentation, assess bottlenecks and inefficiencies within your practice, and analyze your accounts receivables. We will compare your office performance to benchmarks. Recommendations are precise and pinpointed to your specific situation.
Potential increase in production from this office evaluation: $20,000 or more.
Option 3: Fast Track Solution to a Particular Problem
At your discretion, you can circumvent the Detailed In-Office Evaluation and proceed directly to solving the problem in this step.
Short-term consulting focused on resolving a specific practice management problem. Typical time frame: 3-4 months, or until objective is achieved. Includes one office visit, guidance for implementation of the solution, and biweekly teleconference sessions. Three months of e-mail correspondence are included. The scope is limited to the particular topic or problem that you want to address.
Typical problems may be in the areas of: scheduling (including appointment cancels and gaps), collections, practice overheads, hygiene performance, staff management or productivity, case acceptance, or reduced margins from PPO/DMO participation. Dr. H. Gopal will work one-on-one with the doctor on diagnosis, case presentation, and any clinical issues.
If multiple issues need to be addressed, we will generate a custom proposal for your office and mail it to you for consideration.
Option 4: Consulting Program
Six-month or nine-month consulting program, structured and customized to achieve your growth objectives.
Includes assistance and guidance for implementation; team teleconference sessions; one-on-one phone mentoring sessions with doctor; unlimited e-mail access; and reading and development materials. Includes up to 2 office visits to monitor progress toward objectives, remove any obstacles, and work closely with you and your staff.
Typical solo doctor practice could see annual revenue increase of $80,000 to $150,000.
