How We Work Together

We’ve made available a range of options, which allows you to work with us at various investment levels to resolve your most pressing practice management problems.

Typical problems may be in the area of staff effectiveness, scheduling (including appointment cancels and gaps), case acceptance, hygiene performance, new patient flow, or practice overheads. Or, you may need help with leadership and management skills.

Depending on your needs and budget, you may choose either option 1 or 2.

Option 1: Coaching (No Office Visits)

This is a great option for those looking for an affordable program to address one or two specific problems within their practice.

We start by discussing your practice objectives and the nature of the problem(s) you are trying to solve.

Once we have all the necessary information, we will be able to determine the content and length of the program.

We provide you the necessary assistance and guidance by phone, through weekly or biweekly telephone conference calls. Both staff and doctor participate in these conferences.

Documents and support materials are sent by mail, email, or fax.

Programs are usually 3 or 4 months in duration.

Option 2: Consulting (Includes Office Visits)

This option can cover a wide range of issues and includes one or more office visits.

This gives us an opportunity to observe how your office operates, gather the data in person at your office, and get to know your staff and their capabilities.

After the office visit, everything is handled by phone, through weekly or biweekly telephone conference calls. Both staff and doctor participate in these conferences.

Programs are either 6 months or 9 months in duration.

Q.How long are the conference calls?

A.The conference calls last anywhere from ˝ hour to 1 hour. It is not about the time. It is all about results.

Q.Who conducts the conference calls?

A.You will be working directly with the ownership – Peter or Dr. Gopal.

Q.What will be discussed at the conference calls?

A.We will cover topics that are relevant to your practice and situation. We will also measure and review progress toward specific objectives.

Q.Are there separate conference calls for just the doctor?

A.Yes, there will be a few private conference calls for just the doctor, without staff. On these calls, we will discuss sensitive issues such as staff problems, profitability figures, leadership and management issues and any other topics the doctor wishes to discuss in confidence.
